Terms and Conditions
(Air Fryer Giveaway)
- Promoter
The promoter of this lucky draw (“Promotion”) is Yara Animal Nutrition South Africa, with principal business address at Umbogintwini Industrial Complex, Moss Kolnik Drive, Umbogintwini (“the Promoter”).
- Eligibility
2.1 The Promotion is open to all participants 18 years or older at the date of entry.
2.2 Employees, directors, agents, suppliers of the Promoter, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s final decisions.
- Promotion Period
3.1 The Promotion runs from 12-15 May 2026, with a draw done daily at 14:00 at the Yara stand at Nampo.
3.2 Only entries on the day will be eligible for the day’s draw.
- How to Enter
4.1 To enter, participants must complete the entry form provided at the Yara stand at Nampo.
4.2 Entry is free, and no purchase is required.
4.3 One entry per person per day.
- Prize
5.1 One (1) air fryer will be awarded per day.
5.2 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- Winner Selection
6.1 The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries.
6.2 The draw will take place on 12 – 15 May 2026, with a draw done daily at 14:00 at the Yara stand at Nampo.
6.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
- Winner Notification
7.1 The winner will be notified via phone / WhatsApp within 1 hour of the draw.
7.2 If the winner does not respond before the end of day on the day of the draw, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be drawn the next day.
- Prize Delivery / Collection
8.1 The prize will be collected from Yara Animal Nutrition Cattle Complex, at the Yara stand at Nampo, as agreed.
8.2 The winner may be required to provide valid identification.
- Publicity
9.1 The winner agrees to the use of their name and/or image for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless refused in writing.
- Protection of Personal Information (POPIA)
10.1 Personal information is collected solely to administer the Promotion.
10.2 All data will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
- Liability
11.1 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or acceptance of the prize, to the extent permitted by the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
11.2 The Promoter cannot be held liable should the air fryer be damaged or have a defect at the time of use.
- General
12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its control.
12.2 This Promotion is conducted in accordance with South African law.
